At top of the Hierarchy Management we Have Mr. Mathews S. Mahlambi whom his vision has been realized and acknowledged throughout the members who believed his idea and supported his way forward into forming Everest Business determined by his passion for high intellectual. It has become our mission to satisfy the vision to grow even further in a timely and flexible fashion. Everest Construction BS N Development was born in 2011 by Mr. Mahlambi; with the aim of being a leader in Alternative Building Technology (ABT) construction in South Africa. Joined by We are a young, independent, black owned South African Professional Building Construction Company and Property development Company that provides clients with expertise and innovative solutions. Trading since 2011, the founding member; Mr. Mahlambi has vast experience in ABT construction. Before giving birth to Everest, Mr. Mahlambi worked for Imison Construction (Pty) Ltd since 2006, until the last day when Imison opted to cut construction operations and focus all resources into supplying/selling the actual building panels through their strategic partners; Imison had relied on Mr. Mahlambi as senor foreman to train new intake on building with ABT; itâs no wonder when he decided to grow into starting his own construction company; Imison, the supplier of the building panels offered to give Everest full Local roots combined with nationwide experience: That is our secret recipe for satisfying our customers.

The Imison walling system comprises mainly of a series of interlocking wall panels, made from Neopor â arguably the best walling insulation technology available to the construction industry today. Imison wall panels are manufactured in licensed manufacturing plants across the globe under strict quality control guidelines, to ensure a consistent standard. Panels contain an in situ light gauge steel or concrete substructure wall panel that can be installed on to any type of foundation or floor slab. Once erected, the Imison wall panels are sprayed on both sides with a high density, fiber-cement technology, called Fibre-cote. The combination of Neopor, the in situ reinforced substructure and Fibre-cote acts as a composite member, providing load bearing or non-load bearing Imison walls with unparalleled strength with the look, feel, and durability of masonry construction, whilst offering far superior insulation and STC values, reduced construction time and at an affordable cost. Agrement South Africa is an internationally recognized, independent centre for the assessment certification of innovative, and non-standardised construction systems. As a founding member of the World Federation of Technical Assessment Organisations (WFTAO), Agrement certification is one of the highest standards for non-standardised construction products and is recognised in more than 21 countries around the world including South Africa.
